Biktarvy, EACS – European AIDS Clinical Society Congress

Each year, the European AIDS Clinical Society (EACS) hosts a major event where healthcare professionals (HCPs) gather to discuss the latest advancements and treatments in the fight against AIDS. This year, we transformed our presence at the EACS Congress by creating a fully integrated digital and physical experience, connecting both virtual and in-person attendees in new and interactive ways.

  • We designed a dynamic online hub accessible to both HCPs and non-HCPs, offering a customized user experience that guided delegates through a journey of education and engagement. The hub culminated in an interactive activity where users could make a personal commitment to join us in the fight against HIV. This commitment was further amplified by a physical activation at our booth, where we provided a non-promotional space for meaningful conversations, interactions, and even a place to grab a coffee while exploring our digital content.

    With over 2,000 attendees over the course of three days, we achieved seamless interactions between online and in-person participants. Our innovative approach fostered engagement, collaboration, and a sense of shared purpose among healthcare professionals, resulting in a highly successful activation and one very happy client.
