Poncelet Cheese Bar
For Cheese Bar designed an innovative space with the most appropriate environment where you can taste an exquisite selection of cheeses. We combine harmonic forms and elements inspired by nature highlighting the interior vertical garden, the first in Madrid which covers one of the walls of the premises and gives the whole a wild touch.

The space is characterized by its breadth and lightness in decorative elements, soft and bright colors. For its creation, the characteristics of the main product, cheese, and its different forms of consumption have been taken into account.
